About Us
Mission:
To strategically build and support relationships among business, community and schools to enhance and enrich student achievement in Western New York
|
School Partnerships match business, community and non-profit organizations with a school. 100+ school partnerships have benefited tens of thousands of children through tutors and internship opportunities. Back-to-School Day provides an opportunity for members of the community to “work” as a teacher or principal to interact with students and realize the opportunities for helping a school. Contact us to participate! |

The Materials Reuse Project provides an outlet for businesses to donate their surplus supplies that are creatively reused in schools. More than 750 tons of needed items are donated annually to Erie and Niagara County public and parochial schools. Contact us to donate your surplus supplies or to make an appointment to “shop” the warehouse! |

The Field Trip Fund provides field trip opportunities that would have otherwise been eliminated due to school budget cuts. As a result of the program, almost 125,000 children from 350 WNY schools have visited our region‛s cultural, educational, and historical sites since its inception. What‛s more, the program has had a major positive impact on the field trip sites because attendance would have sharply decreased without student visits. Visit our website to participate! |

The Career Speakers‛ Bureau is contains listings of volunteers willing to give presentations to students about their area(s) of professional expertise or interests. Visit our website to register as a career speaker or to search for volunteers! |

The Library Reference Guide provides a link between libraries, schools, and parents to assist with selecting age-appropriate books for read-aloud and silent reading activities. Award winning books, books listed by reading level and summer reading selections are also included in this guide. |

|
The Kids‛ Choice Book Awards surveys students in Erie and Niagara Counties to vote for their favorite books. The results are posted in School and Public libraries to help students pick engaging reading material throughout the school year that they will want to read. Visit our website to view the entire list! |

Educators‛ & Parents‛ Resource Guide contains valuable information regarding programs and services in our region that enhance learning. The guide is an annual publication that is available online and is distributed to 750 schools throughout WNY. Visit our website to search the guide! Contact us to purchase a copy or to advertise in the publication! |

The Scholarship Connection is the only link to WNY‛s local scholarships. It provides prospective college students, parents, teachers and counselors a list of local scholarship information and relevant web links. The goal of this service is to encourage scholarship submission by facilitating the search process, and by promoting local scholarships, which offer better award prospects than national scholarships. Contact us to list your scholarship or visit our website to search! |
